Dr. Parsons is a dedicated and experienced school psychologist with a strong academic and professional background in psychology and counseling. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Chapman University before pursuing her master’s degree in psychology and counseling at Cal State Los Angeles.
With a background in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA), Dr. Parsons specializes in understanding and supporting students with behavioral and emotional challenges. Her expertise extends beyond school settings, as she has also contributed to the academic field as a part-time professor in Chapman University’s School Psychology Program.
Dr. Parsons is passionate about helping students develop emotional resilience, fostering positive social connections, and providing guidance to parents and educators. Her work focuses on promoting mental well-being, addressing social isolation, and implementing interventions that support students’ academic and personal success.

Bobby Chen is an accomplished Chinese language teacher with a strong foundation in education and leadership. A proud graduate of one of China’s top ten universities, Bobby brings both academic excellence and real-world experience to his classroom.
For over 12 years, Bobby has taught at an international school, where he connects deeply with students and colleagues from a wide range of cultural backgrounds—including Pakistan, China, and English-speaking countries. His warm, adaptable teaching style bridges cultural gaps and fosters an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
In addition to his role as a language educator, Bobby serves as a district leader of physical education. He is also a passionate basketball coach, using sports as another way to unite people and build confidence, teamwork, and resilience.
